- Eligibility: Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused after delivery and returned in the same condition as received.
- After the returned item is received, the refund will be processed after deducting the delivery charges.
Process:
- Contact our support team on WhatsApp/Email within 7 days.
- Ship the product back to our warehouse address (details provided by our team).
- Once inspected, we’ll arrange an exchange or issue store credit.
- Note: Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product was defective or wrong.
